Wandering Winds Farm + Bakery - Yellow Plum Preserves

Slightly tart and full of fresh fruit flavor! We think of this as our northern climate version of orange marmalade. Our Yellow Plum Preserves are made with northeastern Michigan grown Shiro plums, non-GMO cane sugar, and natural fruit pectin. We make all our fruit preserves in our small artisan bakery in northeastern lower Michigan. Each batch is cooked and jarred with care and all the attention to detail that we put into our handmade pastries and sourdough bread. From harvesting fruit to cleaning and cooking the preserves to packing each jar for shipping, we take pride in doing it right.
