Rose Harissa
Harissa is a popular North African spice and condiment used for vegetables, meat, eggs and breads. Ours has a mild-medium heat tempered by sweet rose petals. The spice can be used as a dry rub, or combined with a splash of water, vinegar and olive oil to use as a paste. It brings savory, spicy, complex flavors to any dish. Bonga Spice 
The newest addition to our Signature Blend collection! This green, piquant blend is inspired by the fertile, leafy countryside of Bonga, Ethiopia where we source herbs and spices from a women’s cooperative. While different from traditional Ethiopian blends, it’s anchored in iconic flavors like koseret (a lemony herb) and besobela (a type of basil). Rub onto chicken, beef, or veggies for mildly hot, lively flavor. Use to season lentils or sautéed greens. Great for marinating too! Edo Spice 
This blend, with its bright, hot flavors and nutty, umami notes is inspired by the traditional Japanese 7 spice (shichimi togarashi) which is believed to have first been assembled in kitchens during the edo period. 1.5 oz tin. Ingredients: Black sesame, orange peel, Japones chilies, wild nori, dulse, sea lettuce, poppyseed, ginger, pickled cherry blossom (cherry blossom, salt, umeboshi vinegar), sansho, yuzu peel.

Garam Masala 

We’re proud to bring this family recipe to you as part of a collaboration with our friend Suman Shah’s Fork on a Road. This versatile Indian spice blend is used across India, and you’ll find as many variations in its recipe as there are families in India. This one is bursting with aromatics, a deep toasted fragrance and a hint of heat from MA grown chile peppers. Sri Lankan Sweet Cinnamon 
Directly sourced from Sri Lanka, this beautiful cinnamon is also called “Ceylon” cinnamon or "true cinnamon". It has a delicate, warm, citrusy flavor that makes it lovely for baking as well as for savory recipes.
